Lindsay LeBourdais

In 2009 I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2013 she completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

My approach is simple: manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and functional limitations, and individualized education and exercise programs for long lasting pain relief and self-management.

I have taken advanced training in dry needling, and manual and manipulative therapy. I have also taken continuing education courses in the management of jaw disorders, pelvic health and rehabilitation, and pelvic pain disorders.

My special interests are injuries of the jaw, and lower back, as well as assessment and treatment of pelvic floor health and function. However, I treat all ranges of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and impairments.

I live in Invermere with my husband, and our two kids. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, paddleboarding, and cross country skiing. I love to explore all the amazing adventures this valley has to offer and I look forward to helping you continue to enjoy them all too.

Jane Armstrong

I graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University and I hold a BSc Honors in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.

I have completed additional training in Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Kinesiotaping, Myofascial Release, and Injury Prevention in Runners, and in 2023 I completed my designation as a Certified Hand Therapist.

My work in a private practice setting has provided me with a broad range of experience, including working directly with Banff Sports Medicine orthopaedic surgeons at a weekly knee clinic. This involved postoperative testing, assisting safe return to sport and care following knee surgery. I also spent time as part of a team of Physiotherapists assisting in the triage of shoulder patients, to help improve access to non-surgical and surgical care. I have been fortunate to have been involved in extensive specialized hand therapy mentorship and as a certified hand therapist, I have a designated specialization in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity; from shoulder to hand.

I grew up on a farm in the South West of Scotland and was competitive in equestrian sports. These days I like to pursue my keen interest in skiing, and spend my summers mountain biking local trails.
